Refund policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders. Each piece of artwork is made to order and can not be sold again. Please choose your artwork carefully :)
All canvases and frames are thoroughly quality-checked to ensure there are no faults or damages to the artwork.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you notice damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately at hello@orueilart.com.au. If you notice damage upon unpacking your artwork, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage.
